Throughout his young career, Jeff Lupient has made his own mark in the retail auto world while maintaining the tradition of excellence established by his family’s dealership business. Jeff Lupient began working in the car retail business at 15, taking after his parents who built up several family franchises in Minnesota. From 2000 until 2003, Jeff Lupient studied for his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Hamline University, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Following his undergraduate career, Jeff Lupient attained a position at Thacker's Auto World in Minneapolis as a Salesman where he gained essential customer service skills between January 2004 and March 2006. This work afforded Jeff Lupient the early experience that he would supplement as a student at the National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Academy. Between the years 2006 and 2007, Jeff Lupient attended the academy and learned about the auto retail industry with such enthusiasm that he became the Vice-President of his graduating class.

During this same period, Jeff Lupient accepted a job at the Lupient Buick Pontiac GMC dealership, located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Following this position, Jeff Lupient attained the role of Executive Manager at Jim Lupient Infiniti in March 2007. Jim Lupient also joined Lupient Nissan as a Dealer Principal in May 2010 to apply his expertise to another family dealership. Although he plays a management role over his dealerships' sales, Jeff Lupient takes an active part in all of the business' activities. Mindful of the experience of his customers, Jeff Lupient’s success has earned him three Infiniti Awards of Excellence over the past three years.
